We are a community of Churches so being part of something greater than ourselves is part of who we are! Our aim is to be a Godly presence in Great Gonerby and Gonerby Hill Foot. The Church is the parish church for both communities, and our heart is to support all who live in those communities.
Here are some of the practical ways we do that:
Coffee, cake and company
This group meets in church on the morning of the first Friday of the month and is open to all the community. It is an opportunity to chat and enjoy cake!
During Lent we host a Lent lunch. This is not a religious service but an opportunity to eat and chat and donate to a charity. It is open to all with homemade bread and soup.
We partner with many different charities but one of our longest standing relationships is with Grantham Food Bank. There is a donations box in Church to place food in and members. of the church community volunteer at the Food bank.
