As the Pandemic began to ease, Harlaxton Church wantd to re-instate the monthly Coffee Mornings that it used to hold in various members homes pre-pandemic. However many were reluctant to to that with the ever present threat of Covid still present. So the suggestion was made that we instead use the church building, primarily as it was more airy and we could be more spread out.
So ... if you have been to any of the new COMMUNITY COFFEE MORNINGS - now held on the Third Saturday of the Month (except Christmas, on the first or second Saturday) you will see how these have developed into a very popular monthly social event where villagers and others can meet in a warm and safe environment for refreshment, social acitvity and a generally good time. As well as Filter Coffee, Tea and Home Made Cakes and Biscuits there are also the occasional Craft Stalls present for those special gifts.
